Criminal Acts by BP Alleged

Topics: BP Oil Leak

There been lots of information coning out over the internet that alleges some pretty awful things about BP. Worse, it seems that the coast guard has been aiding them in these alleged criminal acts. Several of them are tied to their overuse of chemical dispersants and the several massive wildlife kills they allegedly caused. The Huffington Post has begun a multi part investigative report on the criminal acts of BP.  It’s not just the Huffington post either.  There are several big web sites that are re printing these accusations.  The one getting the most attention so far is the “Death Gyre” accusations that started with a local fisherman turned clean up worker.  But there have also been accusations of intentionally grossly under reporting the amount of dead animals (and intentionally destroying the evidence), burning endangered sea turtles alive to avoid fines for molesting them (covering them in  oil), bribery of oil rig inspectors, denying access to public spaces for scientists, reporters, government officials and citizens,  and the list goes on. These accusations aren’t without evidence either.  There have been photos and videos of the illegal disposal of animal carcasses that weren’t reported, Congress uncovered the evidence of the bribery and the overuse of chemical dispersants So far the main stream media hasn’t picked up on this.  Instead they seem to be focusing on the good news of the well being finally shut down.  With spending so much money on advertising in the main stream media outlets though, we have to realize they might be obligated to their shareholders to not publish all the information as BP might just reduce the budget for the outlets that publish news that BP doesn’t like.  This is how the media is controlled in America to at least a partial extent.  After all if you were in charge of the public relations for BP, had millions of dollars to spend on adverts and one media outlet was publishing harsher news stories about you than others, would you spend more of that money there?  If you didn’t, I think you might find yourself quickly being replaced. More alleged “mobster style” criminal activity after the break: BP also stands accused in several courts, of mobster style cover up activities.  Lots of scientist have been saying that BP or the United States Coast Guard (USCG) canceled their access to effected areas at the last minute with out explanation. Most of the scientists that were offered access in the first place worked for places that were at partially controlled by BP in the first place, like the Louisiana State University (which is a huge benefactor of BP).  It’s being said that whenever a science team that is not controlled by BP tries to access the area, they are denied access once they get to BP & USCG controlled areas.  There’s a video of one such world renown scientist going public with this accusation below. Using the same laws they use against the Mafia, The RICO statutes, several lawsuits are being filed against BP by private attorneys.  In June US Attorney General, Eric Holder launched a criminal investigation into BP’s activities.

The lawsuits accuse both companies of committing wire and mail fraud over a number of years by filing false documents with the U.S. government, and by misleading investors through other documents and falsehoods. They also claim both companies are guilty of bribery because they are part of an overall oil and gas industry effort to “infiltrate” federal regulators by providing favors such as alcohol and drugs, sex, golf and ski trips, concert and sports tickets, and more. link

Oh wow, I did not realize there was so much going to cover up the ordeal. I am shock by the mistreatment of the wildlife since most of them are endangered species. I’m so tired of the focus on only now where is the future?

This is why it’s important that bloggers like you and others spread the real news. Mainstream news is getting out of control these days.
