A man living in Florida wanted to kill his brother and hire a killer
A man who wanted to kill his brother wanted to hire a killer and offered the killer a $160 down payment, according to officials’ investigations.
There was something the man did not know. The person who introduced himself as the shooter was an undercover investigator working for the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Department. Gary Hodge, 54, is charged with abetting someone’s murder.
According to the Tampa Bay Times, he wanted to kill his 57-year-old brother, Thomas Hodge, by offering money to the hitter he met during a drug investigation. They could not agree on financial matters.
As a result of investigators’ investigations, it was revealed that Hudge gave the killer a .25-caliber handgun, a bus ticket, cash, and a Michigan address. However, the total amount of money he has to pay the hitter is unknown.
Gary Hodge was arrested on Thursday. Hodge, who was sentenced to prison, has a $62,000 bond. It is not known if Hudge has a lawyer.
