Florida Man Birthday January 25

Florida man arrested at Waffle House over bacon controversy

The event took place in Cape Coral, Florida. The Florida man, who was visiting one of the city’s most important fast-food chains, sparked a debate over how to cook bacon. The controversy soon upset many people in the place. But the man in Florida had no intention of stopping.

On Wednesday, Martin Jose Alvarez of Florida, who came to the Waffle House, did not like the cooked bacon. Then he began to swear on the staff. “You better cook the damn bacon, right!” cried several times. Then he continued to act with racist statements.

After Alvarez began racially insulting the staff, he wouldn’t calm down. The staff called the police, and the police who arrived at the scene arrested Alvarez. But Alvarez resisted the cops as best he could. Finally, having feared electrocution, he agreed to surrender.

The testimonies of witnesses who described what happened during the accident were very interesting. One witness stated that Alvarez was bare-chested and was constantly trying to scream. Another witness said he found the discussion about bacon useless.

After Alvarez was arrested, things slowly returned to normal at Waffle House. The staff’s fear was evident from their facial expressions. The police wanted to get additional information from the staff. However, they were unable to quickly overcome the surprise of the accident.

Waffle House staff said they could not understand what had happened. They mentioned that they cooked the bacon properly and there were no issues. But they testified that Alvarez was obsessed with bacon. They said they decided to call the police when they heard racist insults.

According to the arrest report, Alvarez, 28, faced charges of disorderly intoxication, resisting law enforcement, and some minor assault. After Alvarez’s interrogation was completed, he was sent to Lee County Jail. It is not clear if any sponsorship fees have been set.
