Florida Man Birthday March 10

Orlando, Florida. According to court records, a man was arrested in connection with the massive rioting at the Capitol on January 6.

Howard Burton Adams was indicted and arrested Wednesday on charges of disorderly conduct, intimidation, use of force, entry to buildings and land and disorderly conduct, though allegations against him have yet to surface. Adams’ trial took place at 13:30.

Prosecutors said they wanted Adams, who was cooperating in the investigation, not to be detained. Adams was released on the condition that he travel between Washington, D.C. and central Florida and surrender his passport and gun. Adams’ unsecured bail was set at $25,000.

Adams could face 28 years in prison and a $900,000 fine if he is found guilty of the alleged charges after investigations.

On January 6, a group supporting Donald Trump entered the Capitol. Four protesters and Capitol Police officer Brian D. Seknik were killed in the resulting violence. According to what is known, at least 250 people were arrested in connection with the events.

Among the most suspects in the arrests are a Sanford firefighter, a Marion County man previously arrested for attempted murder, and a Proud Boys organizer.

Chris Hadnaghi, CEO of Social Engineer LLC, says he knows some of the techniques used to track down suspicious people from photos on social media.

Hadnaji, “When you upload an image to social media, it asks if you want to show your location and shows the location. When you commit a crime or if you have a connection to a crime, it becomes evidence when you upload it online. You can’t say the image is fake, you posted it.”
