COLLIER COUNTY, FL – According to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, a Florida man was hit by a gas pump. The man showed a package of Dank Gummies to the authorities asking for a driver’s license.
Sheriffs’ deputies were called to the gas station on Pine Ridge in Naples on March 1. According to people nearby, it was a man who was unconscious and hit the gas pump.
According to the records, Demisio Lopez met the deputy mayor of the police. Although his car keys weren’t on, his car didn’t, so he called AAA and asked for help. Lopez checked his pockets and found his car keys.
Sheriff’s deputies asked Lopez for his driver’s license. Lopez showed him a pack of Dank Gummies, oddly marked “with weeds,” in place of his driver’s license.
Lopez told the deputies that her snacks were normal. However, officials found that the package contained 500mg of THC. Lopez also kept a packet of Nerds Medicated Ropes, each containing 400 mg of THC.
Lopez testified under oath that his girlfriend was carrying medical marijuana to treat cancer.
Lopez is accused of possessing a candy containing THC and a packet of cocaine.
