A Florida man made headlines Tuesday when the man was seen roaming the streets of Jacksonville on a private motorbike modified to function as a motorbike.
An online video shows an unidentified 23-year-old man, Trey Yarbrough, wearing a black helmet and red backpack, as he takes his homemade hybrid — a mix of a 1988 Sea-Doo scooter and a 1989 Honda Elite bike — in a trend. The way to the gym.

Yarbrough claimed to the news station that the Department of Transportation had approved the vehicle’s use on state-owned roads.
“I’m glad I’m here in the press for something positive, and you’re welcome]to refer to it as positive,” he told the Herald.
